32.2.4  Repetition of representations and warranties

Government will require that certain representations, warranties and acknowledgments are repeated by the private party on each day of the Contract Term with reference to the facts and circumstances subsisting at that date, subject to any written disclosures made by the private party to government and waived by government at or before the time of repetition.91
