20.4.1  Entitlement

Where a compensable Change in Law arises, then subject to the principles set out below, government will grant the private party Compensation and Relief consistently with the principles set out in Chapters 16 (Relief Events), 17 (Compensation Events) and 18 (Compensation payable).79
