3.6.  Unsolicited Proposals and Direct Negotiations

A


Unsolicited proposals for PPPs are proposals initiated by a private sector proponent and can provide a source of innovative ideas about how to improve the delivery of Government services. Unsolicited proposals and direct negotiations for PPPs must comply with the principles in the NSW Guidelines as well as the Guide for Submission and Assessment of Unsolicited Proposals6.

The Director General of Department of Premier and Cabinet is the first point of contact for unsolicited proposals.
