2.3.2  Demand

Government may make a demand under the Conditions Precedent bond if any of the relevant Conditions Precedent to be satisfied by the private party are not satisfied or waived by the target date for satisfaction of the relevant Condition Precedent (unless government causes the Condition Precedent not to be fulfilled).5
