14.   Reporting requirements

Agencies should establish an appropriate reporting relationship with DTF. The reported information should include:

•  the performance of the private partner against the service level agreement; and

•  the performance against the contract and adherence to legal obligations.

The report on performance against the contract should include an assessment of actual results against key performance indicators and cost estimates. This will assist in the development of a database of case studies with relevant information that can be beneficial for the development of future PPPs.
