5.2.  Tender Release Requirements

All agencies, other than SOCs, are required to make Request for Tender documents publicly available and tenders must be able to be lodged through the NSW Government eTendering system12. This system is managed by NSW Department of Finance and Services, through the Tenders NSW website (http://tenders.nsw.gov.au). It also provides a mechanism for the receipt of tenders in electronic form, closing tenders, receiving late tenders, opening the tenders, the removal of tenders, publishing a listing of tenderers, and publishing contract award information.
